LOCATION: Our location is located 20 miles south-west of the State Capitol of Albany, New York.  

We are just outside of the Hudson Valley and a short distance from the Adirondacks Southern Tier, Vermont, Westen Massacusetts and Syracuse.

HOURS: BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.  Call or email us for details.

Pick Up's and Deliveries must be pre-arranged. Weekend Pick up's, returns and deliveries can be arranged for an extra fee.

RENTAL OR SALES CONTRACT

These terms and conditions form part of a rental or sales contract between you and Atomburst Production Services, llc., and apply to all the equipment and supplies rented or purchased by you. These terms and conditions constitute additional provisions of and guides to interpretation of the rental contract. In the event of a conflict between these terms and conditions and the rental contract, the terms of the rental contract shall prevail.

All terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

PRICING, PAYMENT TERMS & CREDIT

ALL PRICES AND SPECIFICATIONS  ON OUR WEBSITE AND IN THIS CATALOG ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE OR WITHDRAWL WITHOUT NOTICE.  We have a $25 minimum on rentals. Terms of Payment are based upon credit information you supply prior to rental or purchase. Rentals or sales are COD unless credit is approved in advance. Upon credit approval, invoices are payable not later than net 30 days. A finance charge of 1.5% per month may be added to invoices unpaid after 30 days.

RENTAL CHARGES & CANCELLATION/LATE CHARGES

ALL RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

RENTAL PERIOD: Rental prices are based on one day rental. Equipment may be picked up the day prior to rental day(s) after 3 pm. Equipment must be returned the day following rental day(s) by 10 am to avoid additional charges.

CANCELLATION PENALTIES: Orders canceled less than 24 hours in advance of rental subject to cancellation charges of full rental and service cost.

IF ISSUED A CONFIRMATION OF RENTAL, ATOMBURST CONSIDERS AN ORDER BOOKED. WE WILL TURN AWAY OTHER RENTALS IF AN ORDER IS BOOKED, IN WHICH CASE WE MUST CHARGE FOR THE RENTAL EVEN IF CANCELLED.

ORDER DEADLINE: Orders received after 3pm weekdays requiring personnel after normal business hours subject to late load charges.

RENTAL CHARGES ON EQUIPMENT DAMAGED: The lease period will be extended by the shortest reasonable time necessary to repair such damage or replace non-repairable equipment and return the item(s) to Aromburst Prodcution Services, llc.

INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS

YOU MUST INSURE ALL THE EQUIPMENT: You shall at your expense, and at all times during the rental, maintain in full force and effect insurance covering all equipment rented including vehicles, from all sources, for full replacement cost and for the loss of use (rents) of the equipment. Coverage must begin from the time you or your agents accept delivery of the equipment and continue until the time the equipment is returned.

CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE: Proof of insurance must be furnished to Atomburst Production Services, llc. prior to taking possession of the equipment. The Certificate must be satisfactory to Atomburst Prodcution Services, llc and cover appropriate Liability Coverage, Property Coverage and Workers Compensation Insurance. Atomburst Production Services, llc. must be named as Additional Insured and Additional Loss Payee.

ATOMBURST DOES NOT ACCEPT INSURANCE POLICIES THAT INCLUDE UNATTENDED VEHICLE EXCLUSIONS.

POLICY MUST STATE. PLEASE CONTACT US FOR MINIMUM REPLACEMNT VALUES.

EQUIPMENT DAMAGED OR DESTROYED

LOSS & DAMAGES: Upon return of the damaged equipment, Aromburst Production Servides, llc will make a determination of the extent of the damage and the required repairs. You and /or your representative(s), will have a reasonable amount of time to inspect the damage. In determining whether the equipment should be replaced or repaired, Atomburst Production Services, llc's judgement shall be conclusive upon you. Should we determine that the equipment should be replaced, you will be responsible for the cost to replace the same item or the closest comparably equipped model, at the current retail prices less any discounts available, without deduction for depreciation.

LOST STOLEN OR DESTROYED EQUIPMENT

In the event that after delivery to you, any of the equipment is lost, stolen, damaged beyond repair, destroyed or otherwise disappears or is not returned for any reason, you will be responsible for the cost to replace the same item or the closest comparably equipped model, at the current retail prices less any discounts available, without deduction for depreciation.

TESTING THE EQUIPMENT

Equipment is rented in good working order.

Before taking delivery all rental equipment may be tested by you or your agent to determine that it is in good working order.

TRANSPORTING THE EQUIPMENT

GRIP TRUCKS: We comply with US DOT regulations and our grip trucks must be driven by company supplied grip/drivers with driver compliance files. We will provide a staff grip/driver if available or an approved freelance grip/driver if our staff are not available. Any and all who drive the Vehicles you are renting/leasing from us shall be duly licensed, trained and qualified to drive vehicles of this type. You must supply and employ any driver who drives the Vehicle (even if the driver is the registered owner of the vehicle or owner of the company that owns the vehicle) and that driver shall be deemed to be your employee for all purpose and shall be covered as an additional insured on all of your applicable insurance policies.

The driver’s time is portal to portal from our location.

EQUIPMENT: Pick up and return of equipment is your responsibility. At your request and expense, delivery, pick-up or shipping can be arranged.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY REGARDING EQUIPMENT

RISKS OF LOSS: You assume all responsibility for the equipment rented when it leaves our location. Your responsibility includes, but is not limited to, risks while in transit, in use or storage at all locations named and unnamed, at all studios or while at your own location.

RESTRICTIONS UPON USE OF THE EQUIPMENT

LOCAL USE ONLY UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED

NO SUBLEASE BY YOU IS PERMITTED

You may not sublease all or any part of the equipment without written consent of Atomburst Production Services, llc.
